We’re getting to the weekend and on Friday evenings, we frequently have our daughter and her family here. We are really in a rut!!!! Friday nights is usually McDonalds. I know………fast food. ;o/ BUT I don’t have to cook <one very positive thing> there is no cleanup to do <2nd positive thing> and it doesn’t taste all that bad <ok…….thats 3>. The girls usually do chicken nuggets, apple slices and milk. Pretty healthy IMHO. ok………..but tonight Mom wants to go back to school <shes a teacher> and because of circumstances……I’ll have the girls until their Dad comes to pick them up. Papa <my hubby> won’t be here. And where will he be? He was asked to play his bagpipes at a “Relay for Life” program. Yes……..I’m married to a bagpipper. He comes with kilt and all. When his knee is doing well, he is in a marching band. There are 2 little granddaughters. This is the youngest. 2 more will be coming to visit on Sunday. Lots more to be said about them. And there are 2 grandsons but they live in California.

Nothing wrong with fast food once in a while. I haven’t met your hubby but I love him! It works by default if he is a bagpiper
The sound they make reaches my soul.

He was piping last evening when the rains fell! It was at the very end of the program which was a good thing. He had just started “Amazing Grace” and it was amazing.

There is nothing in the world like hearing an army of pipers marching down the field playing Amazing Grace! Seriously! lol

It is so pretty hearing a group of pipers. I get to hear the rehearsals.
